She appared in ad campaings for brands such as Gucci, D&G, Chanel, Chloè, Raph Lauren, Karl Lagerfeld, Fendi, Mulberry, H&M and Calvin Klein.

Abbey Lee appared in editorials for V Magazine, W Magazines, Dazed & Confuse, Allure, Harper's Bazar, Numeró and Chinese.

Abbey has been the face of Gucci's "Flora" fragance for two consecutive years.
