Natasha has appeared in many advertisement campaings, including Gucci, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Roberto Cavalli, Sonia Rykel, Nine West, H&M, Blumarine, Missoni, Calvin Klein, Givenchy, Balmain, Jimmy Choo, MaxMara, Alberta Ferretti and Dolce & Gabbana, and has walked the runaway for notable brands such as Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Gucci, Versace and Victoria's Secret, Natasha has walked fro the annual Victoria's Secret Fashio Show twice, in 2005 and 2006.

In July 2008, Russian Vogue dedicated the issue to Poly and August 2008 and March 2009 she appeared on the cover of same magazine. Vogue Paris declared her one of the top 30 models of the 2000s
